We do so many fun activities in P. E., in half of September and half of October we learned a lot of swimming. We learned how to do the bakstroke, we also do a lot of exercises to get our body in good shape. We will run by pacing ourselves so we can do a mile and still be in good shape. We will do a lot of good warm ups so our body can be in good shape so we don't get a cram while we are running. We also do gymnastics so our body can be straight and have good legs. Their can be so many good activities so we can get our body into a good shape.
Backstroke
This is my project for p. e. that is swimming, it is to learn how to swim, it is a fun and learning experience. This can teach you many fun things, it show you that their is many ways to swim, you can just freestyle, backstroke, and more. To do this you have to move a lot of your hands and legs, but mostly your legs so you van be balance in the water. I also learned how to do the backstroke for a little a bit, to do the backstroke you will have to be on your back and move your arms back then front. This is really a fun activity to do, you can have a lot of fun doing this. In this project we would have people be I learned how to start on the backstroke by just staying on my back, then having my arms swing back so that I can swim backwards.
In this activity it helped me connect in to many way, it helped me connect to problems like math problems that I would have. In some math problems that I would have was like when you have to work backwards to get an answer right. Their is also many things that this is connect to, like when there was a slide in a park, I would sometimes have to go up, so it is like if it was going backwards, so that is how all the connection that had is connected to the things I had experienced. |
In P.E., we would have to do volleyball, it was really fun because it has a lot things, like hitting a ball, jumping, and serving, in a way everybody would get a chance to hit. We would have earn the basics, like hitting, we would also learn how to rotate places, also knowing how to serve. With this exercise t helped with your arms, this is really useful to get a stronger arm by hitting and maybe also blocking.
To me, since I like to play soccer so much, it reminds me by putting enough force to the ball so that I could get it to the net, by putting enough force in your arm so that you can hit the floor. This would also reminds me force, and in science we did this froggy jumping thing, and the more force you put it by pushing t down, it wil jum farther. This really doesn't give me of a useful thing about any glogster, or powerpoint, but it does remind me that we have to learn first.
